All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days

Legal Compliance

All products sold and shipped comply with federal law under the 2018 Farm Bill and contain less than 0.3% Δ9-THC. Hemp products are federally legal and may be shipped domestically within the United States.

We include or maintain proper documentation (such as lab results/COAs) verifying legality, as required by shipping carriers and regulations.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to varying state laws and carrier policies:

  • We only ship within the United States

  • We do not ship to states or jurisdictions where hemp products are restricted

  • We do not ship internationally or to military addresses (APO/FPO)

Adult Signature Requirement

Certain shipments may require Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery in compliance with carrier policies for hemp products.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. However, we’ll always do our best to help you resolve any issues.

Returns & Refund Policy

All Sales Final (Hemp Products)

Due to the nature of consumable hemp products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on opened or used products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if the issue is verified.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
